Thank you for shopping with Ruff Life Graphics. Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, printed, engraved, or produced specifically for each customer, return eligibility depends on the type of product purchased.
Standard, Non-Custom Products
Standard products that have not been personalized, customized, printed, engraved, worn, washed, used, or damaged may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

In its original condition

In its original packaging, when applicable

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard products unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Custom and Personalized Products
Custom and personalized products are made specifically for you and are therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to:

Ordering the wrong size, color, quantity, spelling, or product

Changing your mind after production has begun

Disliking an approved design, layout, or artwork

Minor color differences between a digital screen, proof, and the finished product

Customer-supplied artwork that is low resolution or contains errors

Normal variations that occur in printing, engraving, wood grain, apparel, or handmade products
This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom-printed apparel

Personalized shirts and uniforms

Custom signs and yard signs

Engraved or laser-cut products
-
UV-printed products
-
Personalized gifts, ornaments, tumblers, and promotional products

Products displaying a customer’s logo, name, artwork, or message

Special-order products and bulk orders
Please carefully review all names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, quantities, and artwork before approving your order.
Artwork and Proof Approval
When an artwork proof is provided, production will begin after the customer approves the proof.
Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted:

Design and layout

Product selection
-
Print location
-
Colors
-
Sizes
-
Quantities
Ruff Life Graphics is not responsible for errors that were visible on an approved proof.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order is damaged, defective, or different from the approved order.
Please provide:

Your name and order number

A description of the problem

Clear photographs of the product
-
Photographs of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipping
After reviewing the issue, Ruff Life Graphics may repair, replace, reprint, or refund the affected product. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs when we confirm that the product was damaged, defective, or produced incorrectly by Ruff Life Graphics.
Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Standard product orders may be canceled before they have shipped.
Custom orders may only be canceled before artwork, setup, materials ordering, or production has begun. Once work has started, setup fees, artwork charges, deposits, and production costs may be nonrefundable.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Exchanges
Eligible standard products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
Custom and personalized products cannot be exchanged unless Ruff Life Graphics produced the wrong product or made an error that differs from the approved order.

Customers should use a trackable shipping method. Ruff Life Graphics is not responsible for unauthorized returns or return packages lost during shipping.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
