Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our products or services.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time by posting revisions on this website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to sell our products and services.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website.

You may not use our website, products, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Custom Products and Made-to-Order Items

Many products offered by Ruff Life Graphics are customized, personalized, printed, engraved, cut, decorated, or manufactured specifically for the customer.

Custom products may include, but are not limited to:

  • Screen-printed apparel

  • Custom shirts and uniforms

  • Promotional products

  • UV-printed products

  • Laser-engraved products

  • Custom signs

  • Acrylic and wood products

  • Awards and recognition products

  • Personalized gifts

  • School, team, business, and fundraiser merchandise

Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund once production has begun, except when Ruff Life Graphics makes a production error or the product arrives damaged or defective.

3. Artwork, Logos, Trademarks, and Customer-Provided Content

By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, text, names, designs, or other materials to Ruff Life Graphics, you represent and warrant that you own the material or have permission and legal authority to use it.

You authorize Ruff Life Graphics to reproduce, print, engrave, modify, resize, format, or otherwise use the submitted material as necessary to complete your order.

You agree that Ruff Life Graphics is not responsible for determining whether customer-provided artwork infringes upon the copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another person or organization.

Ruff Life Graphics reserves the right to refuse any order that we believe may violate intellectual property laws or other legal requirements.

The customer agrees to be responsible for claims arising from artwork, logos, trademarks, designs, photographs, or other content supplied by the customer.

4. Artwork Approval and Proofs

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, mockups, artwork, spelling, names, dates, colors, sizes, quantities, placement, and other order details before approving production.

Once a proof or design has been approved, Ruff Life Graphics may begin production.

Ruff Life Graphics is not responsible for errors that were:

  • Included in customer-provided artwork

  • Included in information submitted by the customer

  • Visible on an approved proof

  • Approved by the customer before production

Changes requested after artwork approval or after production begins may result in additional charges and may delay completion of the order.

5. Colors, Materials, and Production Variations

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent product colors, designs, and materials on our website and in digital proofs. However, colors may appear differently depending on computer monitors, phones, screens, lighting, materials, printing methods, and manufacturing processes.

Minor variations may occur in:

  • Printed colors

  • Product colors

  • Print placement

  • Product dimensions

  • Wood grain

  • Engraving appearance

  • Acrylic appearance

  • Garment sizing

  • Manufacturer production runs

Reasonable variations that are normal to the printing, engraving, manufacturing, or decorating process are not considered defects.

6. Pricing and Quotes

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Custom quotes may be based on factors including:

  • Product quantity

  • Product type

  • Number of print colors

  • Decoration method

  • Artwork requirements

  • Setup requirements

  • Product availability

  • Shipping

  • Production time

A quote does not guarantee product availability until the order is confirmed and any required payment or deposit has been received.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, or incorrect product information.

If an error affects an order, we may contact the customer to provide corrected pricing or cancel and refund the affected order.

7. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel any order.

Custom orders may not be canceled after production has begun.

If a customer requests cancellation before production begins, any refund may be reduced by costs already incurred, including:

  • Artwork or design work

  • Setup fees

  • Special-order merchandise

  • Materials purchased specifically for the order

  • Non-refundable supplier charges

Orders requiring a deposit or full payment will not be considered confirmed until the required payment has been received.

8. Customer-Supplied Products

In some circumstances, Ruff Life Graphics may agree to print, engrave, or decorate items supplied by the customer.

Customer-supplied products are provided at the customer’s risk.

Although we take reasonable care during production, certain printing, engraving, heat application, or customization processes may result in damage, discoloration, misprints, equipment reactions, or other unexpected outcomes.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Ruff Life Graphics is not responsible for replacing customer-supplied items damaged during the normal customization process.

We may refuse to decorate customer-supplied products that we believe are unsuitable for the requested process.

9. Product Availability

Certain products may have limited availability or may become unavailable after an order or quote is submitted.

If a product becomes unavailable, we may offer:

  • A comparable substitute

  • A different color or style

  • An adjusted production timeline

  • A refund for the unavailable portion of the order

Substitutions will generally require customer approval when they materially change the original order.

10. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.

This includes your:

  • Name

  • Billing information

  • Shipping address

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Payment information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise suspicious.

11. Turnaround Times and Production Schedules

Production time may be affected by:

  • Supplier delays

  • Shipping delays

  • Severe weather

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Ruff Life Graphics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, manufacturers, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are encouraged to place time-sensitive orders as early as possible.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery times are generally controlled by the carrier.

Ruff Life Graphics is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional charges may apply for packages that must be reshipped because of an incorrect address.

13. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Custom and personalized products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless:

  • Ruff Life Graphics made an error

  • The product arrived defective

  • The product arrived damaged

Customers should inspect their orders promptly after delivery and contact us as soon as possible regarding any issue.
